ABERDEEN, S.D. — Jacob Blair and Becca Woytassek announce their engagement and upcoming marriage. Jacob is the son of Allison and Scott McMartin of Claremont, and Mark and Joanne Blair of Swea City, Iowa. Jacob is the grandson of Beverly and Daniel Chicos, formerly of Fairmont. Becca is the daughter of Sandy and Alan Woytassek of Aberdeen, S.D. The couple graduated from South Dakota State University in Brookings, S.D. Jacob is an Agronomic Research Specialist for Bayer Crop Science in Tea, S.D. Becca is an architect in Sioux Falls, S.D. The couple will reside in Aberdeen, S.D. The wedding will be on Aug. 15, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Aberdeen, S.D.
