WELCOME -- A Burger Night fundraiser for the Welcome Summer Festival will be held 5:30-8 p.m. tonight at the Welcome Legion.
The menu includes build-a-burger, onion rings, french fries, cheese curds and beverage.
Proceeds will help with expenses at the Summer Festival, especially the band IV Play. The band is popular and there is no way to have a cover charge so the Summer Festival committee is fundraising.
There will be the usual Legion activities such as the meat raffle, and there will be an added special activity, as Nathan and Samantha Chuske will have a gender reveal for their expected baby. Congratulations to the Chuskes.
Also tonight, there will be an opportunity to purchase tickets for the Murder Mystery Dinner that will be held March 24.

There will be a cribbage tournament beginning 1:15 p.m. Saturday at the Welcome Legion. The public is invited. Join friends and neighbors for a fun afternoon.

Condolences to the family of Gloria Sandberg who passed away last week. Gloria was a former Welcome resident. She will be missed.

The city clerk reports there are some old street signs for sale at City Hall for $10 each.
