FAIRMONT — Minnesota State Patrol (MSP), Martin County Sheriff’s Office, Fairmont Police Department and Mayo Ambulance responded to an incident involving a 2019 Honda Pilot SUV and an e-scooter electric bike at 12:36 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, at Highway 15 and Johnson Street in Fairmont.
