St. James Lutheran-Northrop (SJL) fifth grade students Ellie Lawrence, Finley Shepard and Vada Garletz hook arms and dance to “The Chicken Dance” during the annual marathon for non-public education fundraiser event on Friday afternoon at St. John Vianney Catholic School (SJV) in Fairmont. Students from SJV, St. Paul’s Lutheran School in Truman, St. Paul Lutheran School in Fairmont, SJL and Fairmont Christian School participated. The event proceeds will support school projects.
