Piece by piece, Fairmont Elementary School (FES) kindergarten student Jaxon Paz assembles a beaded project during the Cardinal Prime after-school enrichment program on Monday afternoon at the FES cafeteria. Cardinal Prime is offered by Fairmont Community Education and Recreation (CER) for children in kindergarten through grade 6 at FES and aims to provide a blend of academic, recreational and social opportunities in a fun environment.
