MARTIN COUNTY -- Martin County Sheriff's Office (MSCO), Faribault County Sheriff's Office, Minnesota State Patrol, Fairmont Fire Department and Blue Earth Fire Department and Ambulance responded to a small single-engine plane crash at 3:21 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 17, at 50th Street and 310th Avenue in rural Martin County. According to the report from the MCSO, two individuals occupied the plane and sustained minor injuries. The accident remains under investigation and additional information will be released as it becomes available. The Federal Aviation Administration has been notified and is investigating the accident.
