Burns selected for The Scoop's 40 under 40
FAIRMONT -- Kahler Automation is proud to announce Applications Engineering Manager Daniel Burns has been selected as a 2026 recipient of The Scoop’s 40 Under 40 Award, a prestigious recognition honoring young leaders who are making a significant impact across agriculture.
Burns leads Kahler Automation’s team of Solution Consultants, who work closely with ag retail, distributors and wholesale organizations to define system requirements and develop customized bulk material handling solutions. In this role, he helps ensure customers receive solutions that not only meet their operational needs but also position them for long-term success.
"Since joining Kahler, Daniel has demonstrated exceptional leadership by mentoring and developing his team, while implementing process improvements, performance metrics, and tools that have enhanced both proposal accuracy and customer experience," said Colt Silvers, vice president of business development at Kahler. Burns, who joined the Minnesota-based company in 2024, said he views the selection as a reflection of the people and partnerships that have contributed to his success.
Silvers said the recognition reflects his leadership and commitment to excellence.
