ABOVE: Workers from TD&I Cable Management manage a gas leak concern that sprung up in Fairmont by First Farmers and Merchants Bank on Wednesday. The issue did not require any evacuations, but several fire trucks and police officers were on the scene and kept the area clear. This comes as Frontier/Verizon has begin installing fiber optic infrastructure in this area, where the right westbound lane of Blue Earth Avenue will be closed from now until June 17.
