FAIRMONT

MONDAY — Honey Bourbon BBQ ribs, sweet potatoes, broccoli florets, bread and butter, toasted coconut caramel dessert, mixed berries, milk. Alternate: Pork steak.

TUESDAY — Tuscan Chicken over pasta, Sicilian vegetables, garlic toast, brownie, peaches, milk. Alternate: Taco Salad.

WEDNESDAY — Country Fried Steak, mashed potatoes and country gravy, green beans, brad and butter, ice cream, pears, milk. Alternate: Fried chicken.

THURSDAY — Philly meatloaf, roasted red potatoes, corn bread and butter, black forest cheesecake, applesauce, milk. Alternate: Turkey Noodle Hotdish

FRIDAY — Catch of the Day, baked potato, peas, bread and butter, chocolate peanut butter cup parfait, melon cup, milk. Alternate: Lasagna Roll Up.

Meals on Wheels in Truman helps older adults maintain good health and remain living at home, by providing hot, nutritious meals Monday through Friday as well as a friendly visit and safety check for Minnesotans age 60 and older. Meals are served at Blue Earth Senior Center noon Monday through Friday. Milk served each day. Menu is subject to change. Meals are catered by St. Luke’s Lutheran Care Center in Blue Earth. Cost is $3.

HOT MEALS ON WHEELS

Hot Meals on Wheels are available Monday through Saturday for convalescents and persons who cannot purchase and prepare adequate meals. This is a community project and is non-profit and not government funded.
