Meals are served at Friendship Village 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. Milk served each day. Menu is subject to change.

FAIRMONT
MONDAY — Beef brisket, twice baked potato, baked beans, bread and butter, warm fruit casserole, peaches and milk. Alternate: Turkey tips with gravy.
TUESDAY — Smothered pork chops, mashed potatoes and gravy, vegetable blend, bread and butter, strawberry shortcake, mandarin oranges and milk. Alternate: Taco salad.
WEDNESDAY — Lasagna, Sicilian vegetables, garlic toast, lemon bar, seasonal fruit and milk. Alternate: Smokehouse maple pork loin.
THURSDAY — Nacho chicken, shredded lettuce and tomato, Spanish rice, seasoned black beans, ice cream cup, pears and milk. Alternate: Swiss steak.
FRIDAY — Catch of the day, fried potatoes, green beans, bread and butter, raspberry ripple, melon cup and milk. Alternate: Baked chicken breast.

Meals on Wheels in Truman helps older adults maintain good health and remain living at home, by providing hot, nutritious meals Monday through Friday as well as a friendly visit and safety check for Minnesotans age 60 and older. Meals are served at Blue Earth Senior Center noon Monday through Friday. Milk served each day. Menu is subject to change. Meals are catered by St. Luke’s Lutheran Care Center in Blue Earth. Cost is $3.

ON WHEELS
Hot Meals on Wheels are available Monday through Saturday for convalescents and persons who cannot purchase and prepare adequate meals. This is a community project and is non-profit and not government funded.
