CEYLON — There will be a memorial get-together to remember

Our Savior’s Lutheran Church will have their usual 5:30 p.m. service

tonight. St. Peter Lutheran Church will have 8:30 a.m. services on

Sunday. St. Paul’s Lutheran in Wilbert will have 9:30 a.m. services on Sunday with communion.

Area residents are invited to join any of

these churches for services.

St. John’s Lutheran Church in Sherburn will have coffee hour from

8:30-10 a.m. Tuesday continuing their Tuesday August Coffee

Hours for all area residents.

Ceylon Coffee Lovers group will meet 8:30-10 a.m. Thursday in the back room of Legends II. All

area men and women are invited to join them.

Good Luck to those who are exhibiting at the Martin County Fair which will be held Aug. 16-22

in Fairmont. The entertainment line up is impressive as usual. Thanks to the fair board members

for putting together a good fair. Nice to have events like this return since they could not

happen last year.

There will be a Ruby’s Pantry drive through distribution 5:30-7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 16, at the

Regional Worship Center parking lot across from Kum & Go in Sherburn. Have room in the trunk of

the car for

several boxes of grocery items for $20. There is no income limit.
