Sarah M. Curry, 37, of Wells was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $185. Additional charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another was dismissed.

Vincent V. Schultz, 37, of Wells was convicted of second-degree driving while impaired-two or more aggravating factors; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 275 days for two years, credit for time served four days, may serve as work release if eligible, may serve balance of 60 days on electronic home monitoring at defendant’s expense if eligible, two years supervised probation, follow all recommendations of the chemical dependency assessment completed 9/2/20 including treatment and aftercare, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of child endangerment was dismissed.

Victor Gonsalez Moctezuma, 35, of Bricelyn was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $125.
