Warriors trounce Spartans to open the season

ARMSTRONG - The North Union football team began the 2026 season with a bang. Max Heinen's opening kickoff touchdown return set the tone 11 seconds into the contest, helping the Warriors dominate Collins-Maxwell 56-0 to earn the resounding Week 0 victory. North Union running back Carson Crouch had three touchdowns on the ground. Quarterback Greyson Colegrove ran in a score himself while finding Caden Zotz for another touchdown through the air. Drake Nelsen and Heinen scored the final two times in the second and fourth quarters to seal the deal.
