JANESVILLE – Despite being knotted up at 54 apiece, the No. 1 seeded Janseville-Waldorf-Pemberton boys basketball team knocked off No. 16 Granada Huntley East Chain/Truman/Martin Luther 78-59 during Tuesday night’s Section 2A contest in Janesville.

Eli Jensen recorded 20 points and three assists. Ethan Jaskulke had 18 points, 13 rebounds and five assists. Reagan Emmert had nine points and five rebounds.

SPRINGFIELD 73, MCW 39

SPRINGFIELD – No. 19 Martin County West dropped its second round Section 2A contest to Springfield 73-39 on Tuesday night. Chase Owens had 16 points while Brycen Kettner had 11, respectively.
