BLUE EARTH – The Martin County West High School volleyball team toppled Blue Earth in straight sets, 25-21, 25-13, 25-11, on Monday night on the road.

The Mavericks had 27 kills at the end of the night, with four individuals earning four or more by the night’s end. Leading the charge was Jaylee Hanson and Maddie Carlson, who recorded eight and seven, respectively. Emily Schettler had 15 set assists with nine digs. Rowan Faber had a team high 16 digs of her own.

MCW (15-6) will take on Madelia at 7 p.m. this Friday in Madelia.
