NICOLLET -- Hannah Rosenberg and Ella Carlson combined for half of Martin County West's dozen hits to stampede the Mavericks to a 10-6 Valley Conference softball victory over the Nicollet Raiders on Monday night.
Rosenberg produced three hits and collected one RBI, while Ella Carlson generated three hits for the winning cause.
Thea Anderson and Maddie Carlson each supplied two hits and two RBIs for the Mavericks, with Anderson delivering a double.
Brianna Morrow contributed two hits and one RBI to MCW's performance, while teammate Lina Arnold added one hit and two RBIs.
Maddie Carlson allowed six runs on 12 hits, struck out three and did not issue a walk in seven innings pitched to earn the complete-game victory.
Izzy Tordsen collected three hits and two RBIs to top Nicollet's offense, while teammate Leah Tobe supplied a single, a double and two RBIs.
Emma Drill gave up 10 runs on 13 hits, struck out three and walked two in seven innings pitched to take the loss for Nicollet.
Martin County West (11-3) plays host to Sleepy Eye Public at 4:30 p.m. Thursday at Fox Lake Sports Complex in Welcome.

The Martin County West Mavericks finally played a baseball game on Monday in Cleveland after losing four contests due to poor weather last week.
"We're maxed out with nowhere to put the make-up games," Martin County West head coach Phil Rotunda said. "We were supposed to play Jackson County Central (Monday), but we had to schedule Cleveland instead to get our (Valley) conference game played."
The Mavericks used a six-run third inning to beat the Cleveland Clippers 12-2 in a run-ruled six innings on the road on Monday.
Senior right-hander Zach Anderson proved the winning pitcher for Martin County West by going three innings, giving up two runs -- none earned -- on two hits, while recording six strikeouts without issuing a walk.
Lucas Larson pitched two innings of relief, giving up no runs, one hit, one walk and struck out two for the Mavericks. Wyatt Williamson pitched one innning and did not give a run, a hit or a walk and struck out three.
For the Clippers, Tanyon Hoheisel took the loss, going 2 2/3 innings, giving up seven runs, one hit, 11 walks and four strikeouts.
Offensively for the Mavericks, Jacob Clarke was 1-for-1 with four walks and two runs scored, while Cam Meyer was 1-for-4 with two RBIs. Cody Potts was 1-for-1 with two runs and three stolen bases.
The Mavericks (6-4) host Madelia at 4:30 p.m. today in a Valley Conference game.
