WESTBROOK — The Westbrook-Walnut Grove Chargers swept three consecutive sets from the Martin County West Mavericks during non-league volleyball action Monday night.

The Chargers claimed the victory by straight scores of 25-15, 25-20, 25-14 in Westbrook.

Emily Anderson made a team-best 18 digs, distributed 10 set assists and connected on 12 of 12 serving for MCW.

Grace Bicknase doled out 12 set assists and served 10 of 12, while Lucy Larson smacked five kills, made 10 digs and went 7 of 7 at the serving line for MCW.

Aspen Kosbab topped the Mavericks’ offensive performance by drilling seven kills to complement scooping up 13 digs defensively.

Liv Borchardt delivered five kills for MCW, while Marah Steele went 8-for-8 at the service area.

Martin County West (3-3) travels to Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial tonight.
