 Paulson's Water You Love!  Visioneering

May 15, 2026 Denise Elston and Tom Hovey of the DNR sent a letter to Ned Koppen in Fairmont Economic Development and Mark Gaalswyk of Easy Automation explaining the newly approved pilot study process and a 9 page "Required Nanobubble Aeration Application.".

You may recall I have been trying to get the city to apply for the Nanobubble permit for quite some time; Easy Environmental will help fill it out.

August 18, 2026 Easy Environmental sent a specific proposal to City leaders. Summarized: $8,000 per month for 2 months rent to own; if the results are as expected.

Personally I don't consider this a cost, it is only (1/3 of the interest earned last year on the $2 million pledged to lake clean-up). Summer is short. What are we waiting for? Another failed lake report? Indecision costs. You are either moving forward or you are falling behind. ASK your candidates where they stand.

August 18, 2026, the same day, City Administrator Baker sent an email back to Mark Gaalswyk, loaded with accusations and excuses. Mark Gaalswyk & Co. is one of the top employers of Martin County, paying corporate taxes and allowing families to be clothed, fed, schooled and pay taxes. A smart city would court existing businesses and help them. ...... Devenish is moving significant operations to Blue Earth's Teledyne building. How did we lose Teledyne in the first place?  Do you see a pattern?

Baker, were you fired by your previous employer? You are clearly not an asset in keeping or bringing business to town. If you don't know who butters your bread, get out of the kitchen.

Please ask your council, mayor, city employees to put on the next council agenda and vote to send the DNR application in and start the pilot study asap. Where do your council and mayoral candidates stand?
