No to the YMCA
To the Editor:
I DO NOT support the YMCA. Fairmont cannot afford it now with the recession coming and heating bills going up 30 percent. I have talked to many people that live on their social security checks and cannot afford the YMCA. Now in a few years when Fairmont can get more businesses and have 1,000 more people coming in who can work, then I might say yes but not now when Fairmont is NOT growing, we say NO to the YMCA.
