Thanks for supporting poppy program
To the Editor:
Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1222 in Fairmont would like to thank Walgreens, Sterling Drug and Fareway Foods with our poppy program. Also, a special thank you to the public. All over the world the red poppy flower symbolizes remembrance for our fallen soldiers.
All proceeds will go to the Minnesota Veterans Home located in Luverne, Minn., to help with veteran’s needs.
