Thank you, golfers and sponsors

To the Editor:

Rose Lake Golf Club and the Susan G. Komen Foundation would like to thank all the golfers, volunteers and sponsors of our 12th Annual Rally for the Cure Golf Outing. I would like to personally thank all of our members who, besides all their other support, loaned their carts to golfers for this great event.

One hundred twenty-four golfers participated in the event on Aug. 1. The golfers combined with the sponsors of this event brought our total this year to $6,333, bringing the combined 12-year total to more than $79,953.

Your participation in this event is huge. We could not do it without you and hope we can continue to count on your support.

So, on behalf of myself and the Susan G. Komen Foundation, thank you for making this event the huge success it was. A great time was had by all.
