MANKATO -- Beatrice Diaz, formerly of Fairmont, Minn., passed away peacefully in Mankato, Minn., surrounded by the love of her family.
She was preceded in death by her beloved spouse, Natividad Diaz. Beatrice will be lovingly remembered by her children, Teresa Diaz, Michael Diaz, Ruben Diaz, Mona Klages, and Gina Diaz, as well as her grandchildren, extended family, and friends. She is survived by two of her siblings, +Chris Hernandez and Emily A. Diaz-Torres.
A Mass will be celebrated at St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Fairmont, Minn., at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026. Burial will follow at Lakeside Cemetery in Fairmont, where Beatrice will be laid to rest alongside her spouse, Natividad. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 25, 2026, at Lakeview Funeral Home in Fairmont and will continue for one hour prior the service at the church on Saturday.
Her kindness, strength, and devotion to her family will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
