LA CROSSE, Wis. -- Bradley J. McDonald, 64, of La Crosse, Wis., passed away unexpectedly on July 21, 2026.
Born in 1962 and raised in Fairmont, Minn., graduating high school in Granada, Minn. He later attended Jackson Area Technical Institute, studying auto body repair and refinishing.
Brad began his career in the auto body industry, working for Shepherd Motors in Fairmont, Minn., and various other auto repair shops in Colorado and Wisconsin. He later settled in the La Crosse area and joined Trane Technologies.
Brad was a lifelong sports fan and devoted Minnesota Vikings supporter, often cheering for his team even while living in Packers country.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry and Rose Marie McDonald, his sister, Deb (Bing) Salic, and his beloved dogs, Nala and Brandy.
He is survived by his siblings: Cindy (Kelly) Hand, Steve (Lori) McDonald, Sue (Jeff) Greischar, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends, and coworkers.
Brad will be remembered for his quiet determination, strong work ethic.
A family memorial service celebrating Brad's life will be held in October.
