GRANADA -- Loren Dale Mapson, age 82, of rural Granada, Minn., entered the presence of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 15, 2026, at Lakeview Methodist Health Center in Fairmont, Minn.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at Lakeview Funeral Home in Fairmont, Minn. Visitation with the family will take place one hour prior to the service, from 12 until 1 p.m. at the funeral home. A graveside service and interment will follow at Center Creek Cemetery near Granada, Minn.
He will be remembered for his love of farming, his dedication to his country, and most importantly, his unwavering faith in Jesus Christ.
