FAIRMONT — A Celebration of Life Service for Gerald “Jerry” A. Huse, 92, of Fairmont, Minn. will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Sherburn, Minn. Full military honors will be provided by the Thomas P. Saxton American Legion Post #356 and the Sherburn Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #8261 of Sherburn following the service outside the church. Burial will follow at Sherburn Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, May 22, 2026, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Sherburn and will continue for one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Jerry passed away peacefully on May 13, 2026. Memorials are preferred to St. John’s Lutheran Church and Sherburn Lions Club, where he was a charter 50-year member. The Kramer Funeral Home of Trimont, Sherburn, and Welcome, Minn., is assisting the family with the arrangements.
