Marge Bramer
EAGAN — Marge Bramer passed away peacefully on Dec. 30, 2025. She was born on July 12, 1943, in Cumberland, Wis. to Ray and Mary Gargaro.
After graduating high school, she moved to Minneapolis, Minn. where she graduated from business school and worked as a legal secretary. She met Lee Bramer and they were married in Minneapolis in 1963. Following this, they moved to Fairmont, Minn. where they worked and raised their family. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, teaching Sunday school and serving on the church council. Over the years she worked in a children’s clothing store, at a greenhouse and started two businesses. She attended Mankato State University graduating cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She taught briefly in Truman, Minn. and worked as a substitute teacher in the Fairmont school system. Later, she studied massage therapy and specialized in muscle rehabilitation, which led to collaboration with chiropractors in both Mankato, Minn. and Hudson, Wis., and she provided rehabilitation services as part of the 3M fitness center in St. Paul, Minn.
Marge was a fan of the Minnesota Twins, the St. Paul Saints, and enjoyed attending games with her family. However, her greatest joys were family and cooking. She would drop everything to spend time with her five grandchildren, attend their events, and to cater special events such as confirmation, and high school graduation.
In 2021, Marge and Lee moved to a retirement community in Eagan to be closer to family. While there, she enjoyed dancing, singing, and engaged in a variety of art activities including becoming an accomplished painter.
Marge was preceded in death by her parents, and her younger brother Joe Gargaro Sr. She is survived by her husband Lee Bramer, their children Kurt (Patty) Bramer, KC Bramer (Charles), and Kara (Chad) Terhark. She is also survived by her five grandchildren Isaac and Elliot (Isabel) Bramer; and Mary, Graham, and Joey Terhark. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
