Diane was born on Dec. 10, 1943, at home on a farm near Welcome, Minn., to Lester and Ruth (Benck) Philipp. She attended Blue Earth High School and graduated with the class of 1961. Diane later married John Evans on April 14, 1963, and together they raised two sons, Todd and Brent.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Ruth Philipp; her parents-in-law, Orval and Arlene Evans; brother, Gary (Jan) Philipp; and brother-in-law, Paul Evans; her sister-in-law, Della Philipp; and her great-nephew, Hunter Philipp.

Diane’s family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at UHD Hospice for their compassionate care, comfort, and support during Diane’s most difficult days.
