FAIRMONT — A Celebration of Life Service for Thomas “Tom” J. Sime, 95, of Fairmont, Minn., will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 22, 2025, at the Lakeview Funeral Home in Fairmont with military honors held at the conclusion of the service by the Lee C. Prentice American Legion Post #36 and the Martin County Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #1222. A private family burial will be held at a later date in Fairview Memorial Park Cemetery in Fairmont. Visitation will be one hour prior to the time of service from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 22, 2025, at the Lakeview Funeral Home in Fairmont. Tom passed away Monday, Dec. 15, 2025, at Truman Senior Living in Truman, Minn. The Lakeview Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Fairmont is assisting the family with the arrangements.
