Young was called to her eternal rest on Saturday morning, Oct. 25, 2025 at Temperance Lake Ridge in Sherburn, Minn. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, and 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 31, until the time of the funeral service all at the Church in Welcome.

Kramer Family Funeral Home of Sherburn, Trimont and Welcome, Minn. is in charge of Young’s arrangements.

Ruthe Marilyn Archer was born on Oct. 14, 1935 to Frank and Hilda Archer in Brandon, S.D.

She is survived by her daughter, Penne and Bruce Stelter of Saint Louis Park, Minn.; son, Tim Swenson of Mankato, Minn.; grandson; son-in-law, Frankie Russo of Ocala, Fla.; sisters-in-law, Arlene Swenson of Mankato, Minn. and Carol Archer of Brandon, S.D; nieces and nephews and other relatives.
