DeVoe passed away Friday, Sept. 26, 2025, in Fairmont. Lakeview Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Fairmont is assisting the family with arrangements.

Lori Ann (Cox) DeVoe was born May 1, 1961, in Houston, Texas, the daughter of Tommy Jr. and Mary (Kammer) Cox.

Survivors include her husband, Larry DeVoe of Fairmont, Minn.; daughter, Rebecca DeVoe of Fairmont; mother, Mary Cox of Sherburn, Minn.; three grandchildren; siblings, Kevin Cox of Moose Lake, Minn., Pam Cox of Winona, Minn., James Cox of Mankato, Minn., Shawn Cox of Blue Earth, Minn. and Shannon Cox of Fond Du Lac, Wis.; other family members, Barb and Steve Lighthort, Karen and Dick Parchem of Houston, Texas, Gary DeVoe of Poinnet, Wis., Elaine and Gordy Davis of Lake Delton, Wis. and Pam and Tyler Titus of Baraboo, Wis.; other relatives and friends.
