Patricia J. Robertson
WINNEBAGO — Patricia (Pat) J. Robertson, age 96, of Winnebago, passed away peacefully Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2025 at the Parker Oaks Assisted Living Center in Winnebago. The Memorial Service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 17 at First Presbyterian Church in Winnebago, Minn., with visitation one hour prior (9:30 to 10:30 a.m.). In Lieu of Flowers, donations may be made to the New Chances Humane Society (1540 Industrial Drive, Blue Earth, MN 56013) in memory of Pat and her rescue cat Maggie McDonald. Pat was born in Winnebago, Minn. on Sept. 22, 1929 to Walter and Wilma (Maulsby) Chance. She will be fondly remembered as “grandma” from her many years supervising the playground at the Winnebago Elementary School and serving up ice cream treats at the Winnebago Dairy Queen with her husband, Jim.
She is preceded in death by her husband Jim; son Michael; her parents; brother Bob Chance and sister Margaret Chance.
Pat is survived by her daughter Susan (Terry) Ankeny of Blue Earth; son Scott (Robin) Robertson) of Winnebago; grandson Jake (Amanda) Robertson and their children Jimmy, Jagger, and Logan of Winnebago; granddaughter Kirsten (Liz) Robertson and their children Taj and Indi of Apple Valley.
