Rich was a beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend. He is survived by his two children, ten grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren, as well as several brothers, sisters and friends who will miss him dearly. His legacy lives on in those that he touched and the memories shared by those who knew and loved him.

A private family burial will take place at Union Cemetery in Atwater, Minn. at a later date.
