A Celebration of Life service will be held for Wohlhuter at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 17, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Welcome. Visitation will take place prior to the service from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wohlhuter will be buried at Lakeside Cemetery in Fairmont, next to her husband, Lowell.

The Sinn Family Celebration of Life Center of Welcome, Trimont and Sherburn is assisting Wohlhuter’s family with arrangements.

Mildred Marie “Millie” Wohlhuter was born on Oct. 30, 1929, in East Chain Township, Minn., to Peter and Myrtle Madsen.

Wohlhuter is survived by her son, Greg Wohlhuter; son-in-law, Denny Hample; four grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; sister, Violet Farm; bonus daughter-in-law, Rita Sagehorn; many nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
