Sharon was born on May 21, 1939, in Armstrong, Iowa, to Raymond and Edna (Sampson) Larson, being the eldest of three children. Sharon was united in marriage to Wayne Christian, and together they made their home on the family farm near Sherburn, Minn. Their marriage was blessed with five children, who she lovingly referred to as “the gang”. Her hobbies and interests were many, including square dancing, playing cards, gardening, flower arranging, bowling and golf. Sharon had a gift of “Sharonizing many parts of her life. She also loved to sew, paint, fix and repurpose. Her soul is felt in her creations and loved by many. Sharon later married Dennis Anderson. Together, they enjoyed many years of creating treasured heirlooms.

Above all, Sharon cherished time spent with her family and dear friends. Sharon will be deeply missed by her children Kevin (Ann) Christian of Mankato, Brenda (Neal) Mensing of Blue Earth, Julanne Christian of Mount Pleasant, S.C., Darla (Steven) Jansick of Hutchinson and Sheila Christian and special friend (Jim) of Flagler Beach, Fla., nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, brother, Roger (Nancy) Larson, sister-In-Law LeAnne Larson and many nieces and nephews.

Sharon is preceded in death by her parents, husband Dennis, brother Jim and a grandson. Blessed be their souls.
