A Celebration of Life service will be held for Jarrett at 11 a.m. with a time of fellowship and lunch to follow until 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 19, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Dunnell.

Jarrett will be laid to rest at Fort Snelling National Cemetery next to her loving husband, Grant, on Monday, July 21.

The Sinn Family Celebration of Life Center in Sherburn, Trimont, and Welcome is assisting Jarrett’s family with arrangements.

Karen Jarrett was born on Dec. 27, 1940, to Marvin Lisle and Loretta Klinzman in Perry, Iowa.

Jarrett will forever be remembered by her children Lorri Harris, Lelia Ramthun, and Leann Swanson; nine grandchildren; along with 11 great-grandchildren; siblings, Sharon Ahrens, Sue Plamann, Brenda Conzet; brothers, Brad Russell and Myron Russell; stepmother, Patty Russell; brother-in-law, Dennis Jarrett; and other relatives and friends.
