Delores Craig

SWEA CITY — Delores Mary Lee Craig died Saturday, Sept. 14, 2024, at Accura Health Care Center in Bancroft, Iowa, at the age of 90 years. A funeral service was held 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 23, at Swea City Community Church in Swea City, Iowa. She was laid to rest at Harrison Township Cemetery, rural Swea City. Henry-Olson Funeral Home in Swea City was in charge of arrangements.

Delores was born May 30, 1934, near Swea City, Iowa, the daughter of Marten and Allis (Mullarkey) Geerdes.

Survivors include: her sister, Lucille Troff, sister-in-law, Lana Geerdes; nieces and nephews, Randy Troff, Sharon Work, Val Ell, Sandy Troff, Jim Mullarkey, Mark Geerdes, Niel Mullarkey, Shelly Geerdes, Heidi McCormick and Holly Geerdes; other relatives and friends.
