FAIRMONT — A funeral service for Gerald “Jerry” Milow, 84, of Fairmont, Minn., formerly of Wilbert, Minn., will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 7, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Wilbert, Minn. Burial, with military graveside honors by Lee C. Prentice American Legion Post 36 and the Martin County Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1222, will follow the service in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Cemetery. Milow passed away peacefully Saturday, Aug. 31, 2024, at Goldfinch Memory Care in Fairmont, following a decade long battle with dementia. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 6, at the Lakeview Funeral Home in Fairmont, and one hour prior to the service Saturday at the church. Lakeview Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Fairmont is assisting the family with arrangements.
