WELCOME — A funeral service for David A. Panka, age 68, of Welcome, Minn., will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 12, at Grace Lutheran Church in Fairmont. Interment will be in Lakeside Cemetery, Fairmont.

Panka went to be with his Lord and Savior Thursday morning, July 4, 2024, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Fairmont. Visitation will from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, July 11, at Lakeview Funeral Home in Fairmont and one hour prior to the service Friday at the church. Lakeview Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Fairmont is assisting the family with arrangements.

David Andrew Panka was born Aug. 15, 1955, in Syracuse, N.Y., the son of Thomas and Doris Panka.

Survivors include: his two children, Holly Iverson of Fairmont, Minn. and Tyler Panka of Elva, Wis.; four grandchildren; siblings, Betty Jean Stitzer, Patricia Panka, Joseph Panka and Tim Panka; other relatives and friends.
