WELCOME — A funeral service for David A. Panka, age 68, of Welcome, Minn., will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 12, at Grace Lutheran Church in Fairmont. Interment will be in Lakeside Cemetery, Fairmont.

Panka passed away Thursday morning, July 4, 2024, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Fairmont. Visitation will from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, July 11, at Lakeview Funeral Home in Fairmont and one hour prior to the service Friday at the church. Lakeview Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Fairmont is assisting the family with arrangements.
