Marcia A. Cherland

FAIRMONT — A funeral service for Marcia A. Cherland, 77, of Fairmont, Minn., will be held 11 a.m. on May 11, 2024, at Shepherd of the Lakes Lutheran Church in Fairmont. A private family burial will take place at a later date at Blakjer Cemetery near Fenton, Iowa.

Cherland passed away Thursday, May 2, 2024, at United Hospital District in Blue Earth, Minn. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday, May 10, at Shepherd of the Lakes Lutheran Church in Fairmont, and one hour prior to the service on May 11, at the church. Lakeview Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Fairmont is assisting the family with arrangements.
