Nibbe was called to her eternal rest Thursday afternoon, April 18, 2024, at the home of her daughters in New Hope, Minn. Visitation will take place prior to the service from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the church in rural Ormsby. Kramer Family Funeral Home in Trimont is in charge of arrangements.

Marie Minnie Blom was born May 27, 1918, to Aldrich and Anna (Alter) Blom in Iowa.

Survivors include: her sons, Ted Nibbe of Mankato, Minn., Steven Nibbe of California, Vernon Nibbe of Montana and Keith Nibbe of Minneapolis, Minn.; daughter, Sharon Nibbe of Minneapolis, Minn.; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; many step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren; half sister, Darlene Baltus of Grand Rapids, Minn.; other relatives and friends.
