CEYLON — A time for remembering and celebrating the life of Stephen L. Babcock, 52, of Ceylon, Minn., will be held 2-4 p.m. Thursday, April 18, at Lakeview Funeral Home in Fairmont. Babcock passed away Monday, April 8, 2024, at his home in Ceylon. Lakeview Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Fairmont is assisting the family with arrangements.
