Josephine Rusert

TRUMAN — A funeral service for Josephine (Jabs) Rusert, age 92, will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday April 3, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Truman, Minn. A time of visitation with family will take place prior to the servicve at 9:30 a.m. Zaharia Family Funeral Home in Truman is in charge of arrangements.

Josephine Julia Jabs was born Oct. 21, 1931, in Fairview, Alberta Canada, to Alex and Julia Jabs.

Survivors include: her children, Rev. Matthew Rusert of South Branch, Laura Davison of Fargo, N.D., Angie Lyng of Pella, Iowa, Rev. Nathan Rusert of Tell City, Ind., Jennifer Rusert of Eagan, Minn.; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; her sister, Emily Isley of Grande Prairie, Alberta; brother, Wille Jabs of Grande Prairie, Alberta; sister-in-law, Lorna Clemenson; other relatives and friends.
