Nibbe was called to her eternal rest Saturday afternoon, March 16, 2024, at Temperance Lake Ridge in Sherburn, Minn. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, March 21, at Kramer Family Funeral Home in Trimont and one hour prior to the service Friday at the church.

Kramer Family Funeral Home in Trimont is in charge of arrangements.

Marian Lois Carlson was born May 31, 1931, in St. James, Minn., the daughter of Arnold and Thea (Hunstad) Carlson.

Survivors include: her five children, Paul Nibbe of Ormsby, Minn., Pam Michelson of Ogema, Minn., Doug Nibbe of rural St. James, Minn., Sara Schultze and Amy Chleborad, both of Ormsby, Minn.; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild due in June of 2024; sisters-in-law, Arlene Range of Norfolk, Neb. and Barb Carlson of Delavan, Minn.; other relatives and friends.
