Roder was called to her eternal rest Friday afternoon, Feb. 16, 2024, at Sunset Hospice Cottage in Worthington, Minn., with family by her side. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 22, at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Jackson, and one hour prior to the Mass Friday, Feb. 23, at the church. Kramer Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Berta Aurora Quinones Roder was born July 4, 1939, on a family farm in Caguas, Puerto Rico, the daughter of Nicholas and Aurora Quinones.

Survivors include: her husband of 61 years, William J. Roder; daughters, Arleen Campeau of Powell, Wyo., Lisa Niemeier of Alta, Iowa and Kathleen Fritz of Alta, Iowa; one son, Mark Roder of Maple Grove, Minn.; nine grandchildren; two great-grandsons and two great-granddaughters expectedin April and June of 2024; other relatives and friends.
