Esther B. Voges
BLUE EARTH — Esther Betty Voges, 91, of Blue Earth, Minn., passed away Thursday, Feb. 1, 2024, at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 5, at St. Paul Lutheran Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Hillside Cemetery in Lake Wilson at a later date. Patton Funeral Home in Blue Earth is in charge of arrangements.
Esther was born Feb. 7, 1932, at home on a farm near Dimock, S.D., to Albert and Bertha (Sperlich) Krieger.
Survivors include: her children: Charles (JoAnn) Anderson of Winnebago, Nancy (Mike) Palm of Waseca, Jean Staneart of Waseca, Richard (Linda) Anderson of Vail, Ariz., David (Kathy) Anderson of Blue Earth, Jerold (Lynn) Anderson of Blue Earth; stepchildren, Dawn (Dennis) Schroeder of Tracy, Brian (Shannon) Voges of Sioux Falls, S.D., Tim (Krista) Voges of Morris, Mike (Danette) Saur of Sioux Falls and Crystal (Kevin) Dahle of Sioux Falls; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; brother, Allan (Sharon) Krieger; other extended family members and friends.
