Lynn Fellersen

ALEXANDRIA — A visitation for Lynn A. Fellersen (Eitzen), 59, of Alexandria, Minn. will be held 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 4, 2024, at Lakeview Funeral Home in Fairmont, Minn. Burial will be held at a later date at Lakeside Cemetery in Fairmont. Lynn passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 10, 2023. Lakeview Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Fairmont is assisting the family with arrangements.

Lynn Ann Fellersen was born on November 18, 1964, in Hudson, N.Y. to Don and Louise (Kohls) Eitzen. She graduated from Fairmont High School. Following high school, Lynn went to beauty school and got her massage certificate.

She met the love of her life, Brad Fellersen in Fairmont and they were united in marriage on October 18, 1986 in Colorado. They recently celebrated their 37th Anniversary together. Together they had two children, Megan and Justin. Lynn devoted her life to raising her two children as a stay-at-home mom. Family was everything to her.

Lynn was also an animal lover and she had many beloved dogs throughout her life. She enjoyed spending time out in the boat or fish house fishing. She was a wonderful cook and when the grandchildren came along she devoted her time to helping care for them.

In addition to her husband, Brad, she is survived by her two children, Megan of Alexandria, Minn. and Justin (Linnea) of Watertown, Minn.; grandchildren, Zayden, Landon and Hollie; mother, Louise Eitzen; sisters, Kathy (Kevin) Knudson, Debbie (Greg Smith) Eitzen and Cindi Eitzen; in-laws, Sherry and Owen Fellersen; brothers-in-law, Scott Fellersen and Michael Fellersen; special friend, Brenda; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Eitzen; grandparents, Marie and Anthony Kohls, Vivian and Jacob Eitzen; and her special fur babies, Louis, Wesley, Tobie and Riley.
