FAIRMONT — Memorial Service for Jason G. Ploshnick, 46, of Fairmont, Minn., will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2023, at Lakeview Funeral Home Chapel in Fairmont. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Jason passed away Thursday, November 2, 2023, at The Villa At Bryn Manor in Minneapolis, Minn.
Jason Glynn Ploshnick was born on July 1, 1977, in Indianapolis, Ind. to William Peel and Heidi Chasse.
Left to cherish his memory include his wife, April Ploshnick; son; Austyn Ploshnick; daughter, Tashawnia Ploshnick; son, Jaicin Ploshnick; daughter, Denise Ploshnick; son, Phoenix Ploshnick; son, Jozeph Ploshnick; stepfather, Joe Castorina Jr.; brothers, Joseph Castorina Jr. III, and Anthony Castorina; sisters, Gina Castorina, and Christina King.
