Miller passed away Friday, Sept. 22, 2023, at M Health Fairview Woodwinds Hospital in Woodbury, Minn. Visitation will be prior to the service from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Fairmont. Those wishing to view the service may do so on the church website, www.splfairmont.org. Lakeview Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Fairmont is assisting the family with arrangements.
