Harold Toppin
BLUE EARTH — Services for Harold Toppin, age 95, will be held 11 a.m. on Sept. 9, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Blue Earth, Minn. Toppin passed away Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2023, at St. Luke’s Lutheran Care Center. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Sept. 9, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Blue Earth. Patton Funeral Home in Blue Earth is in charge of arrangements.
“Harold” Toppin was born Sept. 4, 1927, to Maurice and Florence (Witmer) Toppin in the rural Winnebago area. He served in the U.S. Marines and was honorably discharged.
Survivors include: his sons, Ron, Bob, Rick Toppin; daughters, Gloria Weber and Cheri Brooks; 11 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; sister, Pat Schoneck; brother, John Toppin; other relatives and friends.
